How to Order?

1) Add products to shopping cart then Check out 

2) Enter information, then continue in the shipping method

3) Select the preferred pick-up date and location

4) Once selected, continue to the payment method

5) Select payment method - Credit Card

6) Order confirmed and paid.

Box Hill North (11:15am) - Red Roosters (Cnr Middleborough Rd & Springfield Rd)

Chadstone  (10am) - Oakleigh KFC (1509 Dandenong Rd, Oakleigh)

Mulgrave (10:30am) - Mulgrave McDonald's (Cnr Wellington Road &, Springvale Rd, Mulgrave)

Greensborough (12:30pm) - Greensborough Red Rooster (Grimshaw St &, Greensborough Rd, Greensborough VIC 3088)  

Carlton (9am) - 401 Cardigan St, Carlton

How long can our products last?

Consumed and refrigerated within 2 days for best quality and texture. 

 

Are the products dairy free?

Our products contain dairy and not gluten free. 

Refunds, replacements, returns

If upon collection or delivery, you notice your order is incorrect, incomplete or arrived damaged, you must notify us immediately via email or Facebook messenger. In the case of damaged orders, please also take a photo of the damages and send them to us. At our discretion, we may offer a refund or replacement of products within your order.

We will only make a refund to the original payment method used by you to make the purchase.

As taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept the return/ refund of any products because you do not like the taste.

We will not issue refund for orders are not picked up on scheduled date.
